don't set a goal for "I wanna loose all the weight " or "I am gonna get rich "
instead create challenge like " in one month I am going to loose 5kg, next month another 5kg"
it will help you you to get success on the challenges more easily. once you started to achive this small challenges your motivations will build up automaticaly.

so just occupy yourself with simple tasks whenever you feel to waste time on those things, let those old bad bad habits gets exchanged by new healthy everyday routine.
